Reinke Manufacturing Unveils New Dealer Support System Powered by Conduit Internet Technologies’ SmartEnterprise Suite™
For over 50 years, Reinke has been providing quality, long-lasting products and continues to build strong ties to its dealer network. Implementing Conduit’s innovative software solution has helped the company improve performance and enhanced its unique business processes to provide superior customer service to Reinke’s established dealer network.
“Conduit’s offline and mobile capabilities provide remote users with access to replicated parts catalogs, service bulletins, pricing and discount information. Once the user reconnects to the Dealer Support System, all information is synchronized automatically,” said Ken Goodall, Manager, Parts Sales and Dealer Support for Reinke. “Now our dealers can interface with Reinke through the Internet, 24/7, and make purchases, check on account status, and so much more. We’ve only just begun using the system and our dealers are responding very quickly. It’s a very impressive program.”
In addition to satisfying their dealers’ needs, the RDSS also supports Reinke’s internal operations. Reinke administrators are saving considerable time and money by managing and updating a single system without having to rely on multiple vendors as they have done in the past. In addition, the ease of adoption enabled dealers to begin using RDSS immediately, increasing Reinke’s time to realizing a return on investment (ROI) by a considerable margin.

Using Conduit’s SES, the RDSS provides an easy-to-use management console for a centralized view of all business-critical activity. The Commerce and Aftermarket Parts and Service application modules feature interactive parts diagram tools for browsing, searching and ordering replacement parts online, and delivers customer-specific pricing.
A password-protected Internet portal enables dealers to manage their account information and direct mail lists, view and order parts from Reinke, obtain warranty information and submit warranty applications as well as provide feedback. Additional future functionality will allow dealers to order marketing collateral and promotional materials online.
